St Hilliers is an established developer with a proven commercial and risk management approach to the delivery of development projects and can assist an organisation to maximise the return of its property assets.

The company has delivered high quality property developments valued at more than $960 million on its own balance sheet and on behalf of its investors. It currently has an involvement in development projects with an end value in excess of $300 million.

St Hilliers is  able to offer a total solution approach to property development and can take a project from its inception through to delivery as well as assisting with ongoing property management.
