A private company, St Hilliers has adopted the principles of best practice management and corporate governance to ensure the company's business affairs are well managed.

Stringent management reporting processes, modelled on public company requirements, are applied to its activities. An important part of this reporting process is the role of the St Hilliers Advisory Board, which oversees all aspects of the company's operations and strategic direction.

The Advisory Board comprises Tim Casey, Executive Chairman and four non-executive members, who are highly respected within the property and construction industry. The non-executive members are Dennis Broit, John Faulkner, Trevor Gerber and Steve Williams.
