Tim Casey

Tim Casey, Executive Chairman
Tim is the founder and Executive Chairman of the St Hilliers group. He has more than 30 years industry experience and under his leadership St Hilliers has grown to be one of Australia's leading integrated property groups, currently ranked 83 in the top 500 private companies in Australia (BRW 2009 Top 500 List). Tim is the Vice President of the NSW Property Council of Australia, a member of the Master Builders Association and the Australian Institute of Building.


Ralph Gagliano

Ralph Gagliano, Executive Director
Ralph is responsible for the financial management and the strategic activities of the St Hilliers group. He is responsible for the key corporate functions of Treasury, Legal, Corporate Governance and Information Technology. Ralph is also a Director and Responsible Officer of St Hilliers Funds Management Limited. He is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant and has more than 20 years experience in the property and construction industries having held senior management roles with several major corporations both in Australia and overseas.


Joseph Cummings

Joseph Cummings, General Counsel
Joseph is responsible for the discharge and delivery of all legal requirements associated with St Hilliers business operations, corporate governance and future strategy. He has over 25 years experience in commercial and corporate law, litigation, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance in both public and private companies and across a range of industries. This experience has been gained both as a partner in private legal practice and "in-house" as General Counsel to listed and unlisted entities in the property development, resources and leisure industry sectors.


Mick Caddey, CEO - Construction
Mick brings to the role more than 20 years experience in project management and construction on a national and international level. Prior to joining St Hilliers, Mick was a Director of the Citta Property Group and before this held a number of senior career roles with Lend Lease. The positions he held at Lend Lease included Regional Director, Bovis Lend Lease Asia; and Managing Director, Civil & Civic and Lend Lease Interiors Australia, where he was responsible for managing a business with a turnover of $1.5 billion per annum and more than 700 employees.


Nicholas Ridgwell

Nicholas Ridgwell, CEO - Funds Management
Nicholas has substantial experience in managing development projects both in Australia and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining the St Hilliers group, Nicholas worked with Schroders Australia and Grosvenor International in senior development and funds management roles.
